Log into your QMobile account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the device is factory reset, all personal data is removed, and place it back in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
